Excellent, fast and friendly service, great prices,honest owners!!

My daughter dropped her car off for an oil change and tire rotation. She was told it would be done by 5 pm the latest. The mechanic called asking her about breaks, she spoke with him twice, and he said he would call when it was done, the same as the service manager who took her business. As it got closer to closing time, she tried calling… only to get a recording. When I got home from work, I called. No response. We then went down there and they were closed. The following morning, still no phone call. We went over there at 830am. Apparently they still didn’t listen to there messages! I said she is late for work today because this car was to be finished and nobody had the decency to call. The service manager gave excuses of people quitting, being sick, ect. I said ALL JOBS deal with that. Then he had the nerve to tell me I didn’t know the business. Well my husband, who is retired, was a mechanic, and he was service manager for over 20 years. He said a company would never do what Lakeside did. He thought they were working overtime, like he did time and time again. NOT LAKESIDE - THEY CLOSED THEIR DOOR WITH NO REGARDS FOR YOU! They lost 3 customers today! That’s not how you treat people, no matter what the issue was. Just a simple phone call could have avoided this!!
